Originality and Rights
Contributors must submit original work or material they are authorized to provide. Submission must not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Opinion and Accuracy
Contributors should distinguish personal opinion from factual assertion. Material factual claims should be supportable. Submissions containing unsupported accusations, unlawful material or disguised advertising may be rejected.
Disclosure
Contributors should disclose material financial, employment, ownership, client, sponsor or other relationships relevant to the subject of a submission.
Editorial License
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, submitting material for publication grants BizScopeUSA a non-exclusive right to review, edit, format, publish, display, archive and promote the accepted contribution in connection with BizScopeUSA. Ownership otherwise remains with the contributor.
No Publication Guarantee
Membership, advertising, sponsorship, directory participation or prior publication does not guarantee acceptance or favorable treatment of a contribution.
Editing and Corrections
BizScopeUSA may edit accepted material for clarity, length, style, legal risk, factual support and publication standards. Material corrections may be made after publication when warranted.
