Commercial Listing Relationship

Directory profiles are member or commercial listings and are separate from independent editorial judgment. A listing does not constitute BizScopeUSA certification or endorsement.

Accuracy

Listing businesses are responsible for the accuracy, currency and legality of information they submit, including names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, licenses, credentials, claims, images and descriptions.

Rights to Materials

By submitting logos, photographs, text or other material, the submitting party represents that it owns the material or has sufficient permission to authorize BizScopeUSA to display it for the listing and related directory promotion.

Review and Removal

BizScopeUSA may edit formatting, request substantiation, refuse publication or remove a listing that appears fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe or inconsistent with directory standards.

No Results Guarantee

A listing does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, customers, revenue, ranking or any other business outcome.

Business Relationships

Readers are responsible for evaluating any business they choose to contact or hire. BizScopeUSA is not a party to transactions between listed businesses and readers unless expressly stated otherwise.
